What changed: T2 documentation set for the November 2026 release cycle. Includes updated UDFS, User Handbooks, URDs and release scope documents, still marked as under TARGET Services Governance review. Includes ISO message upgrade from Maintenance Release 2019 to MR 2024. On 4 September 2026 the Eurosystem confirmed the release scope and shifted deployment from 14 November 2026 to 28 November 2026, with user testing to start on 9 October 2026; a temporary measure allows fully unstructured postal addresses in T2 RTGS messages to continue to be used for a limited period. The ECB page lists the T2 R2026.NOV release scope and main milestones dated 9 September 2026. The revised milestones schedule deployment to Pre-Production (UTEST) from 9 October 2026, the end of UTEST release testing on 11 November 2026, MIB approval of Production deployment on 18 November 2026 and the start of Production deployment on 28 November 2026.
