PhilPaSS processed PHP 601.32 trillion in total transaction value during 2025, up from PHP 519.08 trillion the previous year. Transaction volume reached 1.73 million, an 8.96% increase from 1.59 million in 2024, averaging approximately 7,000 transactions per day.
The BSP onboarded 16 new institutions onto PhilPaSS Plus in 2025, including 12 rural and cooperative banks, two thrift banks, and two electronic money issuers. Total participants reached 265. The system maintained a 99.96% efficiency rate with an average settlement speed under one second.
