The Conference of Presidents on June 10 finalized the June 15-18 Strasbourg plenary agenda without PSD3 or PSR. The session will address EU-US tariff commitments, genomic techniques regulation, and automotive circularity standards. The ECON Committee approved the final compromise texts on May 5 by a 50-3-5 roll-call vote.
The next available plenary window is the July session. If Official Journal publication follows in September, PSR would apply from approximately March 2028.
