D+0 (same-day) settlement is available for USD, EUR, and GBP when clearing files are submitted before the early morning cutoff. Most acquirers default to D+1 unless merchants specifically opt in to same-day settlement, which may carry higher fees. Visa’s USDC stablecoin pilot further enables near-instant settlement outside business hours.
