What changed: Introduced hybrid address format for B2B direct debits; rulebook text sets 15 November 2026 as the end date for the unstructured address format. On 9 September 2026 the EPC Payment Scheme Management Board decided to maintain support for unstructured addresses beyond 15 November 2026; the PSMB will reconvene in October 2026 to set a new end date, and revised rulebooks are expected to be published by October 2026 at the latest.
