NPCI built MyUPI on FiMI, its in-house small language model for the payments domain. The platform consolidates a user's UPI transactions and active AutoPay mandates from all UPI apps and partner banks in one interface.
NPCI said MyUPI will provide 24x7 multilingual support and self-service for customer assistance across UPI apps and banks.
