PBoC quarterly reports convert CFXPS transaction value into RMB using the exchange rate of each trading day within the statistical period (or the most recent prior trading day when no rate is available), and daily averages use actual CFXPS operating days (61 in Q2 2026). Proxy settlement banks: BOC, CCB, ICBC, SPDB. PBoC quarterly reports do not publish a participant count; the most recent official count appears in the PBoC China Payment System Development Report 2016.
