Four priority enhancements: (1) PayNow+NETS QR interoperability pilot by end-2026, enabling cross-scheme QR scanning at any merchant; (2) deep-linked online checkout for PayNow QR codes within one year; (3) larger-value government payment capabilities via public-sector sandbox; (4) expanded business payment capabilities.
