RITS Q1 2026 system availability: overall 99.560%, LVCS 99.556%, LVSS 99.242%, FSS 100.000%. Significant incident caused 6h49m LVCS/LVSS disruption with 10h20m cascading property settlement outage. Separate January 27 incident: expired intermediate certificate on RITS database platform. RBA exploring RITS modernization in 2026 including operating hours extension.
