The BCB's STR annual report series (latest edition STR 2025) is the source for the annual message-count and turnover figures held in the structured fields, while the STR open-data series (STRLiquidadosAtual) supplies the monthly settled volumes. Duplicata Escritural, the BCB's registered digital trade-receivable instrument, went live on 30 June 2026 with settlement through STR infrastructure; assisted production started in July 2026 and gradual adoption is planned through June 2028.
