What changed: TIPS UDFS and UHB R2026.JUN, dated 24 November 2025 and published with the ECB cover note of 27 November 2025. The Eurosystem's milestones set 12 June 2026 as the date TIPS Release R2026.JUN is live in production. The scope includes rule-based liquidity transfer orders between MCA and TIPS DCA (TIPS-0028), alignment of TIPS messages with ISO maintenance releases 2020 to 2024 (TIPS-0072), enhanced filtering in the TIPS Enhanced Information Database (TIPS-0086), enhancements of TIPS cross-currency functionalities (TIPS-0090), balance codes FLOR and CEIL in the return account message (TIPS-0092) and an A2A implementation of TIPS broadcasts (TIPS-0094). The linked file is the UDFS; the UHB of the same release is listed on the same ECB page. To be superseded by R2026.NOV, which the milestones schedule live in production on 27 November 2026.

What changed: TIPS UDFS and UHB R2026.NOV, dated 4 May 2026 and delivered for publication after the market review (ECB cover note of 6 May 2026). The Eurosystem's milestones schedule user testing from 9 October to 11 November 2026, the start of deployment to production on 23 November 2026 and TIPS Release R2026.NOV live in production on 27 November 2026. The Deutsche Bundesbank gives the TIPS deployment in production as 23 to 28 November 2026, and 28 November 2026 is the date to which the ECB shifted the deployment of the November 2026 releases of its TARGET Services (T2, T2S, TIPS and ECMS). The scope includes full alignment with the EPC OCT Inst 2025 scheme business cases (TIPS-0075), visibility of AAU BICs of the SEK community in the TIPS Directory (TIPS-0077), an R-only transactions BIC functionality (TIPS-0080) and alignment of TIPS messages with ISO maintenance releases 2025 and 2026 (TIPS-0097, TIPS-0104).
