ERIP (Unified Settlement and Information Space) is Belarus's retail bill payment system - widely used for utility and service payments. Under Western sanctions alongside Russia. BISS is a hybrid system: the NBRB main-indicator series counts every payment instruction settled in BISS, both urgent (RTGS) and non-urgent (clearing) transfers, so its volumes are high relative to a pure large-value system.
