Current MBK platform launched October 23, 2020 (SIA/Perago technology), replacing legacy mainframe RTGS from ~2001. RTGS handles transactions >=10M ISK. Also has EXP (instant payments) with ISO 20022 internally. CBI assessing Eurosystem TARGET services (TIPS then T2). Can handle 5M payments/day, <40ms processing.
