May 2026 cascade: 18 Serbian commercial banks registered for SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) scheme as of April 10, 2026. Earliest Operational Readiness Date: May 2026. Serbia is the 41st SEPA country. Banks include Banca Intesa, UniCredit Bank Srbija, Raiffeisen banka, Erste Bank, NLB Komercijalna banka, OTP banka Srbija, and 12 others. Expected to save up to EUR 400M annually for individuals and businesses. NBS IPS continues to operate for domestic instant payments in Serbian dinar (RSD 300,000 per-transaction limit).
