RTGSSouth African Multiple Option Settlement System - South Africa's RTGS for ZAR high-value payments. Operated by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB). Settles large-value interbank transfers and net obligations from BankservAfrica (ACH), card networks, and securities settlement. Migrated to ISO 20022 in September 2022, first RTGS on the African continent to do so.
