Payment service providers and automated clearing houses active in cross-border retail payments may now apply for seats on the Eurosystem's new advisory body for TIPS cross-border services.

The ECB published a call for expressions of interest on 16 October 2026 for membership of a TIPS cross-border market contact group. The contact group will support the Market Infrastructure Board by providing market feedback on the business value, functional design, testing and operation of TIPS cross-border services.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 November 2026.
